Dear Mr. Duncan,

I have three Privy Council Appeals in hand, namely, Trinidad Electric Light Company Limited, Gedamuno, and Sung Ma Che. The papers in the Trinidad Appeal are before Mr. Stafford Crossman to settle the Case, and Godamame before Mr. Preedy for the same pùrpose, but I have no instructions as to the Junior to be instructed in Sung Man Che. It is a compli- cated case and I suggest the papers should be sent to Mr. Wilfrid Lewis, but shall be glad to have instructions.

I also want instructions as to the leader in all

three cases. I suggest that in accordance with our usual practice in these cases we should send them to Sir Stafford Cripps.

Yours sincerely,

Charles F. D. Dusshell
